Need to receive your order sooner? Shoppers can self-service the priority service level on their order at any time before it is delivered.
How to Update Priority Service
- Visit the Marketplace and log in to your account with your email and password.
- Once logged in, you will see all of your orders listed. Click "View Details" of the order you need to adjust.
- Scroll down to the delivery section and click "Change".
- Select the new priority tier and click "Upgrade".
Please note that priority service levels and fees may vary based on Communities and Product types available.
IMPORTANT! If upgraded priority service is added, an additional payment will need to be added to the order. Please visit our article on adding a credit card payment to an existing order for more information.
