The Product Setup (V3) report allows users to review marketplace configuration for products, document types, generated documents, community information, community documents, and community notifications in Community Archives.

Product Templates page

The product templates page shows federal, state, and county level products and high-level information about them. The page can be filtered on Jurisdiction, Incorporation Type, Product Type, and IsActive.


This page is primarily used by Community Archives personnel for marketplace management and may not be meaningful to clients.



Document Types page

The document types page shows a global list of document types along with information about each document type. The page can be filtered on Scope and Category.


This page lists default Community Archives Fees per document type and can serve as a price sheet for clients.



Data Dictionary page

The data dictionary page shows a list of tokens used in the creation of document templates and can be filtered on "Source."


This page is primarily used by Community Archives personnel for marketplace management and may not be meaningful to clients.



Generated Documents page

The generated documents page shows a list of document templates and lists the tokens used in each. The page can be filtered on "Category" ('Generated' are standard document templates and 'CustomFormSupporting' are custom shopper templates') and can be filtered on "Variable." 


This page is primarily used by Community Archives personnel for marketplace management and may not be meaningful to clients.


Below are some common use cases for this page:

  • Users can select a template in the left table and the Variable table on the right will be filtered to show the variables used in that template.
  • Users can select a variable in the right table and the templates table on the left will be filtered to show which templates use that variable.
  • The "Variable" dropdown on the right can be used to search for a specific variable.
  • The "#" column in the table on the right shows how many templates the variable is used in while unfiltered.



Company Products page

The company products page shows a list of client companies at the top of the page along with a count of active and total products. The page can be filtered on Region/Company, Product Type, IsActive (product), and Customized.


The page also shows a list of all company products at the bottom.


Below are some common use cases for this page:

  • Users can use this page to see which of their products have been customized and how by filtering Customized=True. Any values visible in the table at the bottom are custom.
  • Users can export the table at the bottom to see a list of all customizations.



Community Products page

The community products page shows a list of communities at the top of the page along with a count of active and total products. Users can also see a breakdown of resale products by CCI availability. The page can be filtered on Region/Company, Product Type, IsActive (product), Customized, Community Name, IsApprovalRequired, and CCI.


The page also shows a list of all community products at the bottom.


Below are some common use cases for this page:

  • Users can use this page to see which of their products have been customized and how by filtering Customized=True. Any values visible in the table at the bottom are custom.
  • Users can export the table at the bottom to see a list of all customizations.
  • Users can filter on IsApprovalRequired=True to see which community products have documents that required review.
  • Users can filter on CCI to see the state of CCIs per community product. 



Community Information page

The community information page shows a list of communities at the top-left of the page, a list of community fees at the top-right of the page, and a list of community questions and answers at the bottom of the page. The page can be filtered on Region/Company, Community Name, Inc Type, ShopStatus, Services, Notifications, Closing fee types, and Question/Answer.


Below are some common use cases for this page:

  • Users can see and/or export the following information for all communities from the table at the top-left; Completion % of the community questionnaire, services, notifications, and CCI Policy.
  • Users can see and/or export community closing fee information for all communities from the table at the top-right. 
  • Users can filter on "Question" to see all communities' answer to a specific question.
  • Users can filter on "Answer" to see which communities answered a question a certain way.



Community Documents page

The community documents page shows which documents have been uploaded per community, and can be filtered on Region/Company, Community Name, and document type.



Community Notifications page

The community notifications page shows which users have enabled which notifications per community and can be filtered on Region/Company and Community Name. Users can also click the link at the top right of the page to view notification elections in Community Archives.
