General Information
The Operations (V2) Report gives centralized branches the ability to view operational metrics for Community Archives V2.

Order Preparation
The Order Preparation page shows an overview of orders completed and pending from different branches. This can be filtered by Team Member, Branch, Date and Product Type.
Completed Orders
The Order Preparation page shows a list of completed orders in V2. There are metrics that are shown on this page such as, TotalNewOrdersPrepared, TotalUpdateOrdersPrepared, On-TimeDelivery% and AdjustedOn-TimeDelivery. This page can be filtered by team member name, branch code, community, product type and more.
Pending Orders
The Pending Orders page shows an overview of pending orders by branch, product type and by due date. The summary page shows a quick view of how many total pending orders there are. On this page, clicking on the "Summary" button will take you to the "Detail" page, which will give you a list of all the pending orders.

Pending Orders by Preparers
The Pending Orders by Preparers page shows an overview of pending orders by preparers. The page shows charts of each preparer and the amount of days pending and overdue. This shows metrics of TotalPendingOrders, TotalPendingOrdersbyPreparers and AverageTimeRemaining.
Pending Requests
The Pending Requests page shows a list of requests from the branches to Community Archives. The requests can consist of CCI requests, community information, order assistance, etc.
Preparer Performance (CA)
The Preparer Performance page shows a chart of preparers and how many orders they have prepared by product type. This shows various metrics like TotalNewOrdersPrepared, TotalUpdateOrdersPrepared, TotalRequestsHandled, etc.
Monthly Preparer Performance (CA)
The Monthly Preparer Performance Page shows a monthly chart of preparers with metrics consiting of TotalOrdersPrepared, TotalPTODays, On-TimeDelivery, etc. You can filter this page by team name, team member and date.
Preparer Ranking (CA)
The Preparer Ranking page shows a list of the quality rank for each preparer. This shows the TotalOrdersPrepared and QualityScore sorted by the ranking from top preparer to bottom.
Document Performance (CA)
The Document Performance page shows the amount of document approvals that are completed and pending. This page has a bar chart of document changes by team member name and document type.
Email Metrics
The Email Metrics page shows requests handled and average request handle time by branch and category.

The Email Metrics (CA) page shows requests handled and average request handle time by CA team member and category. There is a pie chart that shows request handled by reason for contact as well.
Production by Interval (CA)
The Production by Interval (CA) page shows TotalTasksCompleted by team member. This page also shows a bar chart of tasks completed by time interval and category.
Quality Dashboard
The Quality Dashboard page shows a list of completed orders by order number. There are also metrics that show TotalNewOrdersPrepared and TotalUpdateOrdersPrepared.
Community Information
The Community Information page shows a list of communities and information about each one. There is also a table with different questions and answers about each community.
Transition Tracker
The Transition Tracker page shows a list of branches and associations with statuses on document completion, active status and MQ status.
